In case the product received is the incorrect product or defective Product.

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 24 hours on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case.

Keep the following points in mind to make use of our return policy :

Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned when you get damage unit or incorrect unit from us.

  • In case you receive a damage or defective product contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, serial/ UPC numbers, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
  • For goods bought, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our warehouse (and they are not in damaged condition).
    Refund via Bank Transfer/NEFT 7 business days, Credit Card Refund in next billing cycle, For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would likw to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks, Some exclusion applies.

Used products : are not eligible for return & refund.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
